Pets

• At CasaLuNa pets are allowed on request. We charge a daily rate of 10 Euros (feed not included).

Arrival and departure

• On the day of arrival your apartment will be available from 3 pm.
• On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:30 am.
• If the scheduled arrival is after 7 pm, please contact us by phone.

Cancellation

• Cancellation is free up to 7 days from the scheduled arrival date, after which a processing fee will be retained.
